TECHNICON presented TE200GD12C4R7 and TE300GD12C4R7 – IGBT Gen. 7 in industrial compact 6-pack case

TE200GD12C4R7 and TE300GD12C4R7 (1200V/200A/300A) in C4 case are compact 6-pack (3-phase inverter) IGBT modules optimized for use in general purpose drive and energy systems. The module implements new IGBT Gen.7 technology based on MPT (Micro-Pattern Trench FS) cell design optimized for electric drive applications. New IGBT technology combines high current density with short circuit ruggedness and increased blocking voltage for reliable inverter operation under harsh environmental conditions. New IGBT is optimized for applications with switching frequencies in the range of 10 kHz.
